The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are looking for a qualified social worker with at least two years' experience within a statutory front door setting. The role will include supporting two practitioner managers who are responsible for the screening and decision making of referrals. The role will include:
- Undertaking complex enquiries,
- Supporting and guiding social care officers with enquiries,
- Attendance at multi agency meetings such as MARAC and MARAC dailies.
- Supporting with the development of a consultation line / consultations with professions to offer advice and guidance around referrals and processes.
This is a new role within the team; as such it is a developing role where the remit of work may change however the focus will remain on supporting activity at the front door to ensure timely and robust decision making.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold:
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
