We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services company. This role is perfect for someone who understands capital markets, especially derivatives, structured products, and trading platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Work with traders, developers, and clients to improve pricing and trading systems
- Help manage and enhance RFQ (Request for Quote) workflows
- Support system integration with platforms like CitiVelocity and FIX protocol
- Write clear business requirements and support testing
- Suggest ways to automate processes and make systems more efficient
- Provide training and help users get the most out of the systems
What We're Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or trading tech
- Knowledge of OTC options, RFQ workflows, and pricing systems
- Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and structured product booking tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of automation and Straight-Through Processing (STP) is a bonus
