Facade Commercial Manager

Job Title: Commercial Manager – Facade\\n Location: Kensington, London\\n Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\n Type: Full-time, Permanent \\nAn established and forward-thinking facade contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its growing team based in Kensington. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a solid background in facade and external envelope works, ready to oversee the commercial aspects of multiple high-value projects across London and the South East.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nTake full commercial responsibility for façade packages from pre-contract to final account\\n\\nLead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations\\n\\nManage cost planning, budget control, and forecasting\\n\\nPrepare and review CVRs, valuations, and applications for payment\\n\\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management\\n\\nCollaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients\\n\\nProvide mentorship and direction to junior commercial staff\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nProven experience as a Commercial Manager within the facade or specialist sub-contractor sector\\n\\nStrong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract\\n\\nExcellent financial and analytical skills\\n\\nConfident communicator with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\nCompetitive salary package (£70,000 – £90,000 DOE)\\n\\nOpportunity to work on landmark London projects\\n\\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\\n\\nClear pathway for progression within a growing business\\n\\nAldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
