The role involves both responsive and planned maintenance, ensuring homes and communal spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The Main tasks of the role would be multi trade damp works which will involve core drilling and plastering\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nYou will be expected to carry out tasks such as:\\n\\nCarpentry & Joinery: Repairing/replacing internal and external doors, door linings, architraves, skirting boards, shelves, kitchen units, worktops, timber structures, boxing, floorboards, stairs, and gates\\nPlumbing & Bathroom Works: Installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, waste pipes, traps, shower trays, grab rails, and bath panels\\nPlastering & Tiling: Part plastering of walls and ceilings, plasterboarding, patch rendering, ceramic and floor tile replacement\\nBasic Electrical Tasks (for electrically qualified operatives only): Loosening/tightening sockets and switches, fitting extractor fans, lighting roses, and performing minor repairs\\nGeneral Maintenance: Boarding up windows/doors, repointing brickwork, relaying slabs, treating fences/gates, renewing loft hatches, and more\\nCompliance Support: Ensuring works meet health and safety standards and are completed to a high quality \\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\nProven experience in a multi-trade or general maintenance role\\nSkilled in: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, minor electrics\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\\nStrong customer service skills, especially when working in occupied properties\\nFull UK driving licence (essential)\\nRelevant trade qualifications (desirable)\\nWillingness to undergo further training where needed \\n\\nApply Now!!\\n\\nTo apply, please send your CV to or contact Adam at (phone number removed)
