We’re looking for a solicitor to join our busy and growing pan-Scotland corporate team. You’ll be involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial contracts, and banking. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of work, get involved in business development, and deal with clients directly.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, pan-Scotland team working with a wide range of businesses across varied sectors, from start-ups and family-owned firms to national and international organisations — many of whom we’ve worked with closely for a number of years. There will be a lot of opportunities to take part in training to add to your skills and experience — helping progress your career — as well as the chance to mentor and coach junior colleagues including trainees. This is a full-time, permanent position. Hybrid working may be available, subject to discussion.
