Job Overview: You will take ownership of our European sales strategy, drive sales performance, and grow our market presence, with emphasis on identifying, appointing, and developing high-performing sales partners across our key European markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales partner expansion strategy across Europe, targeting key markets for growth. Identify and onboard new sales partners that align with our premium brand and customer service standards. Develop existing sales partners to achieve ambitious growth plans. Manage direct sales with key account customers. Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, engineering, and operations to improve customer experience. Monitor regional sales performance, provide regular reporting, and adapt strategy based on market insights. Deliver ambitious year-on-year growth. Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales across European markets. Proven success in building and managing a dealer/distributor network in an industrial, capital equipment, or engineering environment. Deep knowledge of the European market and experience navigating different cultures and business practices. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
