About The Role:
- Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
- Provide a technical engineering service with minimal supervision to the OCS client concerning mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installation.
- Perform service and maintenance of other assets/trades as deemed competent.
- Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
- Possess basic knowledge of multi-disciplined trades.
- Carry out general building repairs.
- Support other in-house trades or complete other trade tasks, including minor plumbing repairs, tiling, painting, decorating, and wet trades, where competent.
- Support the project team in refurbishment works.
- Assist site engineers with maintenance tasks, including legionella checks and building fabric maintenance.
Key Hiring Criteria:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Candidates must hold relevant certifications and qualifications, including Grade Cards such as CSCS.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management.
- Ability to operate electronic handheld devices.
- Full clean driving license.
