Commercial Lawyers

We are actively looking for commercial Lawyers who are either already in, or are looking to enter the interim market in the UK. We are looking for candidates who have worked closely with any of the following sectors:

• Technology Multimedia and Telecommunications
• Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

We are currently looking for Commercial Lawyers available at short notice with over 5 years PQE, who are interested in working on a secondment basis.

Generally, contracts can be anywhere from 3-12 months, and there will be the potential to work remotely or follow a hybrid model with part/full time possibilities.

Successful candidates should have strong commercial backgrounds with experience in:

• Rights/Regulations and Conduct
• Transactional matters
• Commercial Agreements

To be considered, candidates must have the following:

• Qualification as a solicitor from England and Wales
• 5+ PQE, focussing on either Financial Services, TMT or FMCG
• A strong background working with Magic/Silver Circle, US or City Law firms.
• Experience of handling a range of commercial matters, including sale and procurement contracts and IT contracts, including software development and licensing.
• An interest in providing legal advice to SMEs, Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs.
