A growing, dynamic business in the Woking area is seeking a talented finance professional to lead a team as Head of Group Reporting. You will be joining a well-established international business in a high-profile role.

Working closely with the Finance Director of the Group, you will lead in several key areas:

  • Manage an experienced team of finance experts in group reporting, ensuring efficient operations and appropriate training and development.
  • Lead monthly internal reporting, presenting key insights on group management accounts to Exco, ensuring it remains value-adding.
  • Oversee statutory reporting and audit, treasury and tax across all regions, leading on funding requirements and managing risk.
  • Lead on IFRS reporting and policies.
  • Get involved in value-add projects, including finance transformation across controls, reporting and balance sheet, and improvement of existing finance systems.

This is a broad role with significant scope as the company continues to expand.

In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should have a very strong controls background, ideally through training in one of the large audit firms. You should be a proven operator within group finance and have significant international experience. Leading projects and being a confident team leader is essential. An industry background within manufacturing or a product is required.
