As an Assistant Land Consultant based in our London Chancery Lane or Guildford office, you will be supervising small land referencing teams in the identification of landowners, occupiers and other parties that hold a legal interest in land, through research and interpretation of HMLR titles and registers. You must be prepared to work out on site going door to door and supervising your team as you fill in the missing pieces of information to complete the land ownership database. Your work will also support our teams in the delivery of land access, landowner engagement, stakeholder engagement, and supporting projects through to the consenting stages. You will undertake desktop research, site visits and interpretation of title information along with managing information through databases and GIS.
