As the Director of Property Services, you will provide strategic leadership across the property services portfolio, managing an annual budget exceeding £9 million and leading a dedicated team of professionals. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in housing service delivery while making a real difference to residents' lives. You will be a full member of the Corporate Management Team, contributing to the strategic direction.

The role responsibilities as Director of Property Services are:

The successful Director of Property Services should have:
- Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in property services, preferably within social housing

- Proven track record in managing large-scale repairs and maintenance services

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and able to drive to Saffron Walden
