What is the role:

  • Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 6 Enterprise new business solutions sellers
  • A key leadership position you are responsible for team building & the execution of the sales strategy
  • Coaching/driving your team/getting close to deals and the salespeople - this would suit a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process

Essential experience required:

  • Have a background managing a team selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises. Ideally SaaS but not essential
  • Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years
  • Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business enterprise salespeople
