HR Administrator – Greenford – Paying up to £28,000 – Plus Benefits & Career Progression Our client a well established Building Services Consultancy within the engineering sector based in Greenford are looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team. The role: As a HR Administrator you be required to assist with the following: – Assist with general HR Admin tasks – Administering DBS process from start to finish – Undertake specific HR projects – Booking travel/accomadation – Maintain the companys HR Systems, Absences and reports – Ensure all payroll issues are dealt with promptly – Ensure letters, emails, change of personal details, starters, leavers and references are sent out in a timely manner – Facilitate the onboarding process – Cover for reception/post cover as and when needed What we are looking for in a HR Administrator: – Must have previous experience in an Admin position, payroll would be beneficial – GCSEs – Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues – Ability to deal with large volume of data /data input – Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manners. – Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word. – Ability to work in a fast paced environmen – Team player that can work under preussre What's on offer for the HR Administrator: – Ability and willingness to learn new skills and progress – Company pension – Holiday allowance – Career Progression – Health Cover – Discount Scheme If this role is of interest, Please apply
