Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT delivery management, including large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Strong understanding of Front End development frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  • Deep experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure and services.
  • Familiarity with Shared Business Services (SBS) or common services integration.
  • Strong knowledge of modern Data Engineering tools like DBT, Power BI.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery models.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Agile, or Project Management (PMP, SAFe, etc.).
  • Experience in managing hybrid delivery teams (onshore/offshore, multi-vendor).
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
