We are looking for a Groundworker/Bricklayer to join our team, working on social housing contracts across Basildon. In this role, you will carry out a variety of technical service tasks within a social housing setting. You will manage all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring materials are ready before starting any tasks. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device (training provided), working efficiently and safely to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • Previous experience as a ground worker.
  • Experience in external works such as fencing replacements, flagging, concreting, small tarmac works, small brickwork replacements, and drainage remedials.
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
  • Valid Cat and Genny certificate.
  • Blue CSCS Card.
  • Valid full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
