Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Project Administrator to join a busy and growing team delivering high-quality projects. This is a predominantly office-based role in Surrey, with the occasional requirement to visit sites.

You’ll be working closely with project managers and the wider delivery team to support smooth project operations—keeping everything on track, on time, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day project administration, ensuring accurate records and reporting
  • Work extensively with Excel and internal systems to track costs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare documentation, manage updates, and assist with project close-out materials
  • Occasional visits to project sites to support with on-site coordination and administration
What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid admin experience within construction, fit-out, or a similar project-based environment
  • Strong Excel and systems skills—comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Experience with project finances or accounts admin would be a big plus
  • A team player with great communication skills and a hands-on attitude
