Eden Scott is recruiting for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join the technical team of their valued residential sector client based in the Glasgow area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a highly reputable residential developer and to develop your career in a supportive, professional environment.
As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of engineering design and technical support for the region. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing site civil designs from viability to final consents
- Assisting in managing external Engineering consultants and service providers
- Supporting the delivery of new sites for the region within both tight time and financial constraints
What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?
- Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
- Educated to HND/degree level with experience within a UK based house building environment
- Valid CSCS Card is desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
- AutoCAD, Windes/Microdrainage, Site3D design package experience
