· Overseeing the management of all customer queries, including orders, returns, complaints, and product information
· Utilising phone, email and live chat communication, resolving queries quickly and efficiently
· Using your product knowledge and sales skills to introduce appropriate products to customers
· Check payments and orders to ensure any fraudulent activity is dealt with appropriately
· Ensure the warehouse is organised and holding the correct stock at all times
· Administration of customer returns, refunds, exchanges or replacements
Genuinely passionate about customer service, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the customer service team, ensuring to always aim to exceed expectations wherever possible! You will help in creating a new framework to support the brand’s future growth whilst aiming to improve the customer journey.
You will need to demonstrate supervisory experience within a similar role – this is an exciting opportunity for you!, · Solid customer service supervisory experience gained from a similar office-based role – minimum 2-3 years
· Strong team management and excellent relationship building skills
· Confident communicator, both written and verbal
· Organised with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
· Driver with own vehicle required due to the need for occasional visits to other local offices
· Passionate and driven in order to exhibit high levels of customer service whilst also up-selling
· Salary: up to £30k
· Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours, office based
