Graduate sales opportunity based in Crawley working for an IT provider that sells into well-renowned clients. £28k basic salary + bonus. Excellent opportunity for career progression.

Who is hiring?

This business is a leading distributor of IT equipment that their customers (Installers/System Integrators) use to build and test IT infrastructure networks for their end user clients who are mainly office and datacentre builders/users. These end users are in sectors such as banking, government and education; some examples include Barclays, HSBC, MOD, Google, Microsoft, Cambridge University and Oxford University.

What is the role on offer?

Based from their Crawley office, your role as a Commercial Sales Trainee would initially see you learn all aspects of the business. You will go on a journey in this role, with the first 3 months being mainly focused on product and sales training. After this time, you will be introduced to your sales targets. You will be representing their full range of products over the phone to new and existing customers. You will primarily be dealing with IT installers who are working on large data centres. Working closely with the General Manager and sales teams, this is an exciting opportunity to learn about the data network industry, develop skills, work on your own projects and start your career path in a large, diverse organisation. Whilst this role will begin being primarily office based, as you gather experience there will be opportunities to go out and meet your customers face to face.
