Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager / Account Manager to take ownership of one of our key client accounts at Portaltech Reply. This role goes beyond managing a single project, it requires overseeing multiple delivery streams, ensuring strategic alignment, and acting as the main point of contact for the client. The successful candidate will be accountable for the relationship, commercial management, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction, supported by a cross-functional team of experts. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong delivery background and a passion for building long-term partnerships, who thrives in a fast-paced, consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary account lead, managing the end-to-end relationship with the client across multiple delivery streams
  • Ensure cohesion and alignment between different teams and workstreams
  • Work closely with the internal Team and client stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and translate these into Statements of Work (SOWs) and accurate quotations
  • Take ownership of the financial health of the account: manage budgets, profitability, invoicing, and forecasting
  • Drive the status reporting and governance routines, providing regular updates to the BU Manager and senior stakeholders
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify growth opportunities within the account
  • Support the definition and delivery of strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, platform rollouts, and service operations
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment; support recruitment and contribute to team development and mentoring
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery, mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise
  • Champion process improvements and delivery best practices across the streams

About The Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or an IT-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in delivery/project management roles, ideally within digital consulting or system integration
  • Proven track record managing complex client accounts with multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven Experience with eCommerce
  • Experience in defining SOWs, managing commercials, and running delivery governance
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce or similar enterprise platforms is a strong plus
  • Exposure to Agile and traditional project management methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interface at all organizational levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities 19
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
