Our client, a motor group dealership, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be overseeing the parts inventory and assisting with parts sales, balance inventory management, customer service, and sales duties to support the service and repair operations effectively.
Role: Parts Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday day shift; every other Saturday mornings
Location: Macclesfield
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or email.
- Identify the correct parts based on customer or technician descriptions.
- Offer advice on part compatibility and alternatives.
- Process parts sales transactions.
- Promote upselling of parts, accessories, and related products.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
