We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a market-leading precision engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Miller to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a modern, clean, and supportive manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis) to produce high-precision components.
  • Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
  • Load and inspect tooling, set machine parameters, and monitor production cycles.
  • Perform in-process inspection using micrometres, verniers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
  • Carry out basic machine maintenance and support TPM schedules.
  • Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and quality engineers to resolve production issues.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £14.90ph - £16.50ph (DOE)
  • Day shifts Monday – Friday
  • Overtime 1.5x
  • 3% contributory workplace pension
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
