About the Role

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of machinery and factory areas. You will be working with one of the UK\’s leading free-range and organic egg businesses, with operations spanning farming, packing, and processing.

Job Title: Hygiene Operative (EIC) – 4 On 4 Off

Location: Lacock, Chippenham

Pay Rate: £14.70

Employee Type: Full-Time

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off, 20:30 PM-06:00 AM

Company transport available from Swindon or Chippenham!

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas.
Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Handle chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.
Adhere to company hygiene and food safety procedures.
Always ensure proper use of PPE.
Actively contribute to health and safety policies, ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues.

We are seeking someone who is:

Detail-oriented and methodical.
Well-organised and able to work effectively under pressure.
A strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential.
Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
