Dispatch Supervisor

Are you a proactive and organised leader with experience in logistics and dispatch? We’re looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of delivery schedules, as well as the efficient management of goods in and out. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * The dispatch supervisor will oversee dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods * Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners * Work in a small dedicated team from production to dispatch and warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient working practices * Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and delivery documentation * The dispatch supervisor will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively * Implement and uphold health & safety standards across all dispatch activities ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics or warehouse supervisory role – ideally within a manufacturing environment * Valid forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Good working knowledge of health & safety practices * Excellent communication and leadership abilities * As the dispatch supervisor you will have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities 🎯 What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow with a well-established manufacturing company * Ongoing training and development Ready to take charge and keep things moving?
