We have an opportunity available for a Supported Living Support Worker to join the team at Lincolnshire Community Supported Living – Bourne based in Lincolnshire, PE10 9HU.
Salary: £12.60 per hour | Hours: 35 hours weekly

Responsibilities
You will support adults on a person‑centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients’ needs with a big smile that lights up our service users’ faces.
We are not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we are more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you find joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you! Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities we are looking for.
Qualifications
Prior industry experience or specific qualifications are not required. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
