Igloo are looking for Strip Fitters to join our client’s team in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire. These roles will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to work within a brand new, purpose built automotive bodyshop on behalf of a worldwide company.

The Role:

  • Stripping down vehicles ready for panel repair, prepping and painting.
  • Removing all electrical and mechanical trim.
  • Re-fitting all trim after painting ready for the vehicle to be polished.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations at all times.

What kind of person we are looking for?

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
  • You will need to work efficiently but to a high standard.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • Hold a full, category B driving license, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Must be able to work well within a team.
