Igloo are looking for Strip Fitters to join our client’s team in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire. These roles will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to work within a brand new, purpose built automotive bodyshop on behalf of a worldwide company.
The Role:
- Stripping down vehicles ready for panel repair, prepping and painting.
- Removing all electrical and mechanical trim.
- Re-fitting all trim after painting ready for the vehicle to be polished.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations at all times.
What kind of person we are looking for?
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
- You will need to work efficiently but to a high standard.
- Must have your own tools.
- Hold a full, category B driving license, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- Organisational skills.
- Must be able to work well within a team.
