Role Overview
Gap Personnel is recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established food production company in Norfolk. This role involves working in a high-risk food manufacturing environment, where hygiene, quality, and safety standards are of the utmost importance. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety in line with industry regulations.
Pay: Β£12.70 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Production: Support the production of high-risk foods, ensuring all products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Hygiene & Safety: Follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. This includes regular cleaning of equipment, workstations, and production areas.
- Monitoring Quality: Check the quality of products during the production process, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Packaging: Assist with the packaging and labeling of products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product specifications.
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor food production machinery, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork as required for production logs, quality checks, and safety records.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other operatives and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
