Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a passionate Payroll Administrator who embraces change and has hands-on experience working with payroll digital systems.

We offer a permanent, full-time position within our HR payroll and administration team. Some remote work is possible, but you are expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

About the Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of payroll administration, including maintaining data, running payroll reports, and ensuring data accuracy in line with deadlines.

What You Will Do

Process payroll for both white-collar and blue-collar colleagues, conduct manual processes, calculate sickness schemes, and build stakeholder relationships across the business.

Who You Are

We would love to hear from you if you have previous payroll administration experience and possess the following skills:

• Strong Excel skills
• High level of IT and system skills, with experience in ADP, Workday, or similar systems
• Experience with ADP Global View is highly beneficial
• The ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines
• Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and initiative
• Ability to work positively in a changing environment
• Previous payroll experience within a manufacturing environment
