We are currently recruiting for a PDI Coordinator to join our client’s team in Sheerness. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading automotive companies, supporting the smooth, efficient flow of vehicles through the pre-delivery inspection process.
The Role:
As a PDI Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of vehicles through the PDI process, ensuring all customer deadlines are met. Duties will include:
- Overseeing daily PDI activity and workflow.
- Liaising with the compound team to make sure the correct vehicles are collected from the yard on time.
- Coordinating with the technical team to confirm all vehicle fitments are completed before inspections take place.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any vehicle damage identified during inspections.
- Carrying out warranty checks as required.
- Regularly updating vehicle status information on in-house IT systems throughout the day.
The Person:
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role is a must.
- Strong organisation, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Confidence using computer systems and in-house software.
