Brick Cutting Supervisor

Supervisory experience – managing a medium sized team (circa 14 people), experience in managing absence, investigations etc · Labour Management / planning experience – so planning daily labour to best utilise our machines in this area · Production planning experience – skill in planning / sequencing production · Lean manufacturing knowledge – looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements · Machinery knowledge – Good understanding of general production machinery – able to troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines · Strong Communication skills Shift: AM Shift (6am – 2pm, Monday – Friday)…… but with flexibility to move to 08:30pm – 17:00pm in the future, as this area may move to 2 shifts, we would want the supervisor to be able to spend time with both shifts every day
