Architect Job in Bermondsey, London\\n\\nA new Architect job is available to work on the creative reuse of iconic and historically significant buildings, combining conservation with innovative contemporary design. This role offers the chance to contribute to projects in cultural, public, and educational sectors, both in the UK and overseas.\\n\\nOur client is a leading architectural practice with a strong reputation in heritage and conservation. Their projects range from masterplanning and feasibility studies to technical delivery and on-site supervision, often blending sensitive restoration with bold modern interventions.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nSupport projects across all RIBA stages under senior guidance\\nCollaborate with heritage consultants and multi-disciplinary teams\\nContribute to design development and technical detailing for historic buildings\\nApply conservation principles under guidance and integrate sustainable solutions\\nAssist in managing project budgets and fee proposals\\nUse BIM (Revit, AutoCAD, NBS) for design coordination and documentation\\nAttend site visits and monitor quality.Required Skills & Experience\\n\\nPart 3 qualified Architect with at least 4 years' experience in UK practice\\nStrong design capabilities with attention to detail and high-quality drawing production\\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud; Revit and NBS desirable\\nGood knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes\\nExperience in project running and contract administration\\nInterest in architecture within historical contexts; conservation experience desirable.What you get back\\n\\n£36,000 – £48,000\\n2 days working from home per week & flexible working hours\\nGrowth within the practice, including training and development\\n25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days with service\\nLife assurance\\nYearly bonus\\nPension scheme\\nPrivate medical cover\\nCycle-to-work scheme\\nSeason ticket loan\\nEye care vouchers\\nOptional healthcare cashback\\nEnhanced maternity and paternity pay.Apply\\n\\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
