QHSE Associate | Lymington | £27,000 – £30,000 DOE The QHSE Associate will support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a collaborative and innovative setting. As QHSE Associate, you will: Support QHSE activities across the business Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with HSE regulations Engage with teams across the business to uphold quality standards As QHSE Associate, you will have: At least 2 years’ experience in a QHSE role within a similar environment A solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate QHSE documentation IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable Interested?
