CRM and Social Media Manager's duties:
- The role will be to look after the company's email marketing programme and also its social media activity.
- Stand alone position reporting into the head of marketing.
- Customer contact plan development.
- Email programme delivery.
- Customer database management.
- Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
- Paid social media delivery.
- KPI reporting.
CRM and Social Media Manager's skills required:
- CRM and social media management experience within travel is a must, ideally for a luxury travel company, or a senior executive looking to step up.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4 and the Meta platforms.
