In this role you will build a database of best-in-class talent in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, through engaging talent through various social media channels, job boards and professional networks. - Partner with hiring managers to understand needs deeply—not just technical fit, but team chemistry and future potential.
- Sell the vision—confidently promote our company, values, and opportunities to candidates at every level.
- Spot red flags early and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish. Handling of potential Counteroffer situations at the earliest possible stage.
- Use data to improve decision-making, refine sourcing strategies, and boost retention.
- Lead headhunting efforts for specialist and senior roles using your deep industry contacts.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legislation including right to work, GDPR, Visa for working abroad and IR35.
