Executive Assistant | Financial Services | £180/day Inside IR35 | Rolling 6 Months Contract | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 office days per week – 2 days working from home | We currently have a rolling 6 month contract for an Executive Assistant supporting a team within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client. This role would suit a confident Executive Assistant with experience of supporting senior level personnel within financial services or a corporate environment. Your skills and experiences will include: Previous relevant experience within the financial services industry or a corporate environment Proven experience supporting senior level personnel Excellent knowledge of MS Skills – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently A proactive, confident and \’can do\’ attitude.
