Sales Team Leader (Training course sales)

Are you an experienced Course sales professional? If you have experience converting leads to learners and enrolling candidates onto paid training courses and experience managing a sales team then we would love to speak to you. * Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets * Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures. * Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and covert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures * Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses * B2C role selling direct to professional learners * Grow the team, train and develop and add headcount * Work with marketing on new ideas for candidate attraction and engagement to secure more learners * Conduct webinars and candidate events to secure interest from potential learners. The ideal candidate * Will have worked for a training or apprenticeship provider in a sales capacity * You will have ideally sold training courses * You will have experience managing 3-5 sales consultants * Have a long term view to grow and build the team and be promoted internally Key details * 2 days a week in the office in central London * £37.5 to £42.5K base * OTE approx. £5-£9K Please apply now or contact Emma Vata for more details
