Our client is a leading company based in Witham St Hughs, that specialises in the design and manufacture of hydraulic systems and solutions to a worldwide customer base. An exciting position has become available for a Hydraulics Assembly Operative to join their team as soon as possible! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career. The company provides full training and is committed to investing in their people and so career progression is also available for this ever-expanding business.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-3:30pm with a 3:00pm finish on Fridays. The role offers an annual salary of £28,000, pension contribution, death in service protection and fantastic opportunities for growth and development.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Fit, align and connect hydraulic components, including pumps, motors, valves, filters and hoses following established guidelines.
  • Collaborate to resolve any technical challenges and ensure the correct integration of components.
  • Conduct testing and inspection to verify the function and performance of assembled hydraulic power packs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials.
  • Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures and ensure safe use and maintenance of all equipment.

The role would suit someone who has experience of using tools and has a technical mindset. Previous engineering experience is not essential as the role is fully trainable. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career opportunity with a highly reputable company.
