My client is seeking a proactive and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic property team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from listing to move-in, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent service. This is a target-driven role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the property market. Key Responsibilities: * Property Marketing: * List rental properties on online portals and agency platforms. * Prepare marketing materials and ensure all listings are accurate and appealing. * Client Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. * Provide regular updates and feedback to landlords. * Handle inbound enquiries and qualify prospective tenants. * Viewings and Negotiation: * Arrange and conduct property viewings. * Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants. * Secure tenancy agreements in line with client expectations and legal compliance. * Referencing and Compliance: * Collect references. * Ensure all documents and checks (e.g., Right to Rent, deposit registration) are completed correctly. * Administration: * Prepare tenancy agreements and associated paperwork. * Maintain accurate records using CRM/property management systems. * Team Contribution: * Meet personal and team targets. * Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, management, and property management.
