My client are an established business with trading experience in delivering quality services and building fantastic customer relationships. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.
Main duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll answer inbound calls from customers, checking their eligibility for products & services.
- You’ll book visits and organise diaries between customers and field staff, sending confirmations and reminders so no one misses their appointment time.
- You’ll capture customer details accurately, complete forms and documents, and keep the inhouse CRM up to date.
- You’ll work alongside the sales team, chasing outstanding information and calling customers back to verify details.
- You’ll carry out follow-up calls which will turn enquiries into installations.
