The predicted salary is between 21500 - 23400 ÂŁ per year.

ÂŁ25,000- ÂŁ26,000 per annum

Hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday

28 days (including Bank Holidays)

My client are an established business with trading experience in delivering quality services and building fantastic customer relationships. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.

Main duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll answer inbound calls from customers, checking their eligibility for products & services.
  • You’ll book visits and organise diaries between customers and field staff, sending confirmations and reminders so no one misses their appointment time.
  • You’ll capture customer details accurately, complete forms and documents, and keep the inhouse CRM up to date.
  • You’ll work alongside the sales team, chasing outstanding information and calling customers back to verify details.
  • You’ll carry out follow-up calls which will turn enquiries into installations.

  • Strong English: clear spoken and written communication.
  • Confidence on the phone – friendly, professional and organised.
  • Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
