We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join our clients growing team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, handling day-to-day support requests, and getting involved in project work and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for staff with technical issues
- Be willing to help out and contribute to the build of hardware
- Respond to queries via phone, email and other channels
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
- Provide customer service and liaise with other departments
Skills and Requirements:
- Able to support users at a 1st/2nd line base
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Laptop, PC, printer support/troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, Servers, Security
- Driving Licence and own vehicle
