Your Mission: Join an excellent team and embark on a training journey to become a skilled Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) practitioner. Gain practical experience in compliance, risk management, and auditing, while mastering key certifications like: ISO 45001 : Health & Safety Management ISO 9001 : Quality Management ISO 14001 : Environmental Management Through hands-on learning and tailored training, you\’ll develop the expertise needed to thrive in a dynamic environment. What You\’ll Do: Short-Term Goals: Dive into our client\’s diverse product range and business processes. Familiarise yourself with internal systems and procedures. Create an ambitious CPD (Continuing Professional Development) plan. Attend weekly online college sessions to boost your skills and qualifications. Long-Term Objectives: Become a key member of the SHE team. Lead as a SHE Officer on-site. Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs. Mentor colleagues on behavioural safety practices. What You\’ll Bring: Education : 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course). Drive : A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth. Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
