Architectural Technician

Konker is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a leading Architectural practice based in Dartmouth or Salcombe. This RIBA practice focuses on luxury high-end residential projects but also manages house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region. They have been established for over 20 years and have a sound reputation for the quality of work that they do.    Salary: £27k – £35k (DOE).   The Position: Architectural Technician Technical detailing Contemporary designs Building regulation packages Produce drawings and specifications Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors and consultants. Company benefits: Discretionary bonus 3 times a year (based on profit and performance within the company). A consistent pipeline of work.
