What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a go-to problem solver for complex support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Work on meaningful IT projects and help onboard exciting new clients.
- Build trusted relationships with users and customers through exceptional service and communication.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an MSP or similar high-pressure IT environment.
- A customer focused mind-set and excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, Dell)
- Networking (switches, firewalls)
- VDI platforms (Citrix, RDS)
- Backup technologies (Veeam, off-site)
