An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre in Aberdeen. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, thrives in a dynamic workshop environment, and has experience across both panel and paint work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality paint refinishing and minor panel repairs on vehicles of various makes and models
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including filler work, masking, priming and sanding
- Mix and apply water-based and solvent-based paint systems
- Perform full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs
- Ensure a flawless final finish through detailed inspections
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer or Paint Sprayer role
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and modern paint processes
