About the role
You’ll collaborate with data science teams to establish targets, work with product marketing and research to uncover local insights, and create bespoke messaging that resonates in each region. As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll:
- Develop and take ownership of country growth strategies for key European markets
- Partner with data science teams to evolve targets aligned with business objectives
- Uncover local insights with product marketing and research teams to inform creative strategies
- Create region-specific messaging platforms and assets that drive local relevance
- Optimize mid and lower funnel campaigns with performance channel specialists
- Explore innovative growth opportunities through partnerships, events, and lifecycle marketing
- Ensure strong alignment between performance marketing and other marketing disciplines
- Own performance reporting and identify solutions to meet ambitious growth targets
