Lead Manufacturing Engineer

An advanced manufacturing business focused on high-quality metal production is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance its end-to-end production operations. The company delivers complex components across a range of sectors and is known for combining technical rigour with manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Own the end-to-end manufacturing process from NPI through to delivery * Define manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment requirements * Drive process improvements across machining and metal production * Resolve quality and production issues in collaboration with internal teams * Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external authorities as technical lead Key Requirements: * Strong background in metal machining and manufacturing processes * Experience managing technical projects or NPI workstreams * Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and production * Confident engaging with customers and external stakeholders * Practical knowledge of continuous improvement or lean principles
