water site operative

One call consultants are currently looking for site operatives for a very good client of ours The Site Operatives will mostly be doing Groundworks so :Cleaning water towers and reservoirs, digging holes, concrete repair works and maintaining a safe site. Duties and Responsibilities · Follow all reasonable instructions and requests from the Site Supervisor and other members of the management team. · Ensure you follow the company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety, quality, environmental etc… · Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including wearing full PPE, at all times. · Conduct yourself in the correct manner displaying professionalism, respect, and integrity. · Undertake general construction and maintenance tasks as requested by supervision and management. · Work in line with company and client expectations with regards to hours on site. All deviations from agreed working patterns to be agreed with management in advance. * Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues to the relevant management personnel immediately. Skills and Experience ESSENTIAL : · EUSR Water Hygiene Card. (training will be given). · Certificate in Confined Spaces. (training will be given). · Certificate in Manual Handling. (training will be given). · Possess a conscientious and positive attitude to work. · Be self-motivated and can complete daily tasks with minimum supervision. · Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training. · Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility. · Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters. · Demonstrate good driving skills in company vans, where driving will be monitored and tracked. · Willingness to attend training courses, as and when required. · Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required. · Possess a full driving licence.
