MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Project Administrator as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to be part of a brand new and exciting project for a highly established business, grow your skills and further develop your career! The Role you will be doing:
- Set up and manage SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and SOP libraries
- Build and maintain MS Planner boards, action logs and task ownership flows
- Assist with data collation, benefits tracking, RAID logs and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate meetings, prep packs, keep actions tight and things moving
- Act as a key bridge between the Logistics Manager and the wider business (Logistics, Ops, Procurement, Comms etc.)
- Help create structure from a lot of moving parts
- Take vision and turn it into execution
- You will work Monday – Thursday between 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3:30pm
About you:
- Strong Administration skills
- Previous project experience from a coordination, organisation and overall administration support.
- Strong MS365 capability is essential (Planner, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills and confident in liaising with different departments of the business.
- Can work to your own initiative
- Creative
- Ability to take a vision and turn it into execution.
- You must have a full UK driving license.
- Comfortable in influencing others to keep momentum.
- Able to follow instructions and action them accordingly.
