The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
To carry out an EICR with C1 and C2 remedial works at the time of the test. Where an isolator is not in place, produce an unsatisfactory certificate. All detectors must be replaced if they are missing, damaged or expiring within the next 12 months. There must be a smoke detector in halls and landings, a heat detector in the kitchen with a stand-alone battery co detector in rooms where gas appliances are present.
Salary:
- Sub Contractors / Self Employed - paid on SOR's, realistic & achievable earnings of £(Apply online only) per day, plus additional bonus for tests completed.
- PAYE/Permanent - Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and company van, pension, referral programme, O/T bonus and training.
