Our client is a well-established high-security steel door manufacturer serving a multitude of sectors, priding themselves on operational excellence. Due to their continued expansion and success, they are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead our client's commercial efforts in the security door manufacturing sector. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency in estimating and quoting processes, and overseeing all marketing activities to align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through regular meetings and communication.
  • Understand client needs and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback on product, service, and team performance for continuous improvement.
  • Take full ownership of achieving the company's gross profit margin targets.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with production and finance to align sales strategies with operational capacity and margin goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all quotes and estimates provided by the sales and estimating teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine quoting systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and support team development to maintain high estimating standards.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content before release.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape and adapt marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and engineering teams to support product development and customer satisfaction.
